Do you know how to relieve choking?

If you want the skills to help a loved one in distress, take the American Heart Association’s Family and Friends CPR course.  This course teaches CPR and relief of choking in adults, children and infants.  It is designed for members of the general public who would like to learn basic CPR, including families with children or elderly relatives, and those who do not need a course completion card.  Course fee includes textbook and participation card.  This course is 3 hours long and $10 per person.
