What committees currently exist?
Committees are formed as needed for new or existing community projects. Currently, committees exist for the Dam, Lake Quality, Budget, Nominations, Bylaws, Courts, Walk Way, Playground, Public Safety, and Geese Management.
How do I join a committee?
We welcome and appreciate all volunteers! Please reach out to [email protected] or speak with one of your beach representatives.
How do I get more involved with the board?
You can reach out to the chair of the nominating committee at [email protected] or, you can speak with any current BOG member/Beach Representative. (Link for contact list is at the top of this page.) Lastly, you can always attend a board meeting which are always open to the public!

How can I attend a board meeting?
Board of Governors meetings can be found on the events calendar and are available via Google Meet, dialing in, or in person.
I’ve been proud to serve as President of Lake Hayward for the past couple of years, following three years on the Budget Committee, including two as Chair. I’ve lived in this wonderful community for five years and enjoy every moment here—especially walks with my loyal companion, Fynnley.
Helping to ensure POALH resources are well managed and beneficial to the entire community is equally challenging and rewarding.
