Can I host a private event at the pavilion?
Yes, we accept reservations, subject to certain restrictions and requirements. Please see Pavilion Reservation Form for more information. Completed forms may be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to POALH Events, P.O. Box 230, Colchester, CT 06415
How much does hosting a private event cost?
There is a $75 deposit which will be returned only if cleanup, and all obligations are satisfactorily completed in the judgement of the POALH events chair.
How can I see availability of the pavilion?
You can look on the events calendar to see if the pavilion is available. Pavilion availability is subject to the event coordinator’s discretion. Please see reservation form for more information.
What type of community events does POALH host?
Historically, events such as concerts, movie nights, game nights, and Lake Hayward Days have been hosted. These are subject to the discretion of the POALH events chair and can be found on the events calendar.
